2. Quotes and Orders

• All quotations are valid for the period stated.

• Any conflicting terms proposed by the buyer are rejected unless expressly accepted in writing.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

• Payment terms are defined in the applicable quotation or invoice.

• Failure to remit payment may delay delivery or result in order suspension.

4. Delivery and Risk of Loss

• Delivery terms (e.g., EX Works) define the point at which risk transfers to the buyer.

• Buyer is responsible for freight, insurance, unloading, and compliance with import/export regulations.

5. Warranty

• Product warranties, if applicable, are provided in writing and may be limited.

• All implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

FRONTIER RIG PARTS LLC shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, downtime, or loss of use.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the goods or services giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, documentation, and technical materials remain the property of FRONTIER RIG PARTS LLC and may not be used without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of Delaware.

9. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
